Terms & Conditions
Each piece is made by hand and thus one of a kind. There will be slight variations in color with each piece that we create.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping hours are: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
Orders ship within 7 business days.

All orders are shipped USPS with tracking, orders over $150 will be insured.
Returns & Replacements
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Returns must be placed within 10 days of order delivery.
Product that have be used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All return packages should be insured, returns will not be accepted in damaged or lost during shipping.
Please include a note with your order number and reason for return or exchange in your return package.
Your account will be refunded within 3-10 business days.
Normal wear and tear repairs are free within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months of purchase repair pricing is based upon the type of repair needed, please contact us with further questions.

How do I become a wholesaler
If you would like to be considered, please email email@example.com Include a link to your website, other brands carried, pictures of your store and the Lot28 items you want to stock. We will review your store and respond within 1–3 days.
