One-of-A-Kind Each piece is made by hand and thus one-of-a-kind. There will be slight variations in color and gemstones with each piece that we create.

Care Instructions Loving your Lot28 jewelry begins with mindfulness: knowing when to put it on, when to take it off, and when to have it serviced professionally. 

As a general rule, we advise our clients: If you wouldn’t wear a silk top to do an activity, it is a good idea to set aside your jewelry too. To keep your jewelry in its best condition, we recommend removing your jewelry during vigorous activities and while sleeping. Please avoid contact with abrasive materials and harsh chemicals. 

We recommend having your Lot28 fine jewelry professionally serviced once a year. We are happy to offer a lifetime cleaning and tightening service on all Lot28 fine jewelry pieces.

Shipping & Delivery Shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm EST. Ready to ship orders ship within 5 business days. Made to order pieces take 3 - 4 weeks. If rushed shipping is required please contact us before placing your order at hello@lot28design.com

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking, orders over $150 will be insured. Orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements Returns must be placed within 10 business days of order delivery. Products that have be used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. All return packages should be insured, returns will not be accepted if damaged or lost during shipping. Please include a note with your order number and reason for your return or exchange. Once your return is received and processed your account will be refunded within 3-10 business days.

Maintence & Repairs We are happy to offer lifetime cleaning and tightening on all of our fine collection pieces. This includes annual polishing, tightening of stones, and steam cleaning. We recommend bringing your pieces in at least once a year to keep them in their stunning sparkle.

How do I become a stockist? If you would like to be considered, please email hello@lot28design.com Include a link to your website, other brands carried, pictures of your store and the Lot28 items you want to stock. We will review your store and respond within 1–3 days.
