Refund policy

At Lot28, every piece is carefully handcrafted between our New York studio and the renowned Diamond District. We take pride in the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into each design.

We want you to love your jewelry, and understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Here’s how we can help:

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in new condition. If you need a different size or style, just reach out—we’re happy to assist.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@lot28design.com with your order number and we’ll provide next steps, including a return shipping label.

Repairs & Damages
We offer a 30-day warranty on all Lot28 pieces for any manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong beyond that period, we’re still here to help—repairs outside of the warranty window can be quoted by email.
