Showroom Visit

Our showroom appointments offer a personal, one-on-one experience to explore our full collection — including our fine jewelry, available by appointment only. Appointments are available Wednesday thru Saturday 11AM to 5PM.

To reserve your time, a $15 booking deposit is collected at checkout. This amount is applied in full toward any purchase made during your visit — it's simply our way of ensuring your appointment is held with care on both sides.

Plans change — appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your visit for a full refund. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable. To make changes to your reservation please email hello@lot28design.com
